What shipping carrier do you use? 

  • USPS, Fed-Ex or UPS. All items are shipped ground.

What makes TruLine different from other putters?

TruLine putters are designed with a center-shafted balance that helps the face stay square through impact. Combined with precision machining and engineered alignment, it creates a more consistent, confident putting stroke.

Are the putters in stock?  

  • Off the shelf 34” with Super Stroke 1.0 or 2.0 grip and standard white or black premium graphite shafts will ship within 2-3 business days. Custom putters ship within 3-5 business days.

What type of custom work does Donald Radke Putters offer? 

  • Custom shafts, custom grips, custom weight. 

Are the putters Made in the U.S.A.? 

  • Made & Assembled in Texas.
  • Our putter heads are precision CNC-milled in Texas and assembled in Texas. Certain components may be sourced from outside the United States.

Does the putter come with a cover?  

  • Every putter is shipped with a custom Donald Radke Putter cover.

Do you ship anywhere? 

  • We ship Worldwide.

Do you offer any returns? 

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Customized putters with specific requests—such as adjusted lie angles, loft changes, custom lengths, or custom grips—are non-refundable unless a manufacturing defect exists or an error was made on our part.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
